Aditya's practice covers a broad spectrum, with particular depth in white-collar crime, sports law, municipal and property law, taxation, consumer disputes, and arbitration. He advises corporate clients, Public Sector Undertakings, and high-value real estate groups on complex legal and regulatory issues, and has served as Special Counsel in a prominent murder case, reflecting the breadth and seniority of matters he handles.

In the area of taxation, Aditya has handled a Rs. 300+ crore service tax matter at CESTAT and advised on a range of indirect tax disputes. His transactional experience includes closing a $10 million real estate transaction in Sundar Nagar, New Delhi, and representing clients in a Rs. 13,000 crore Serious Fraud Investigation Office matter, underscoring his capability in both high-value commercial work and enforcement-side proceedings.

Prior experience

Before independent practice, Aditya served as in-house legal counsel at Schneider Electric India, where he managed EPC contracts, maintenance and service agreements, and internal policy advising. That corporate foundation, with its emphasis on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and institutional legal process, continues to inform his ability to advise clients with precision at the intersection of litigation and business strategy.
